BookThemTwice is operated by West Egg Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use bookthemtwice.com or the BookThemTwice software subscription (the "Service").
2. Information we collect
From customers (operators using the Service), we collect:
- Account information: name, email, business/property details
- Billing information, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
- Guest and reservation data you upload or connect, so we can run automated follow-up on your behalf
From website visitors, we collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to understand site usage.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including automated guest follow-up you configure
- To bill your subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the Service and communicate product updates
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as Stripe for payments and our messaging/CRM infrastructure), and only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or your guests' data.
5. Data retention
We retain account and guest data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Your choices
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@bookthemtwice.com. Guests contacted through the Service can opt out of follow-up messages at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
